Coaching

Virtual sessions or in-home. Includes deep exploration of family wellness based on 9 domains and continued support developing your intentional parenting style, improving family relationships, and prioritizing individual goals.

Consultation

Get support regarding a specific issue within my wheelhouse - adult or child. Some examples may include: birth planning, weaning, sleep/feeding schedule, strategizing for travel, getting back to work, IEP/504 meeting prep, managing a transition or loss, and more.

Referrals

Need a specialist? I’m lucky to know a lot of great folks. Medical, Therapy, OT, doulas, lactation, etc. I am happy to refer you to the experts I know and love!

Mind-Body Healing

Yoga and mindfulness coaching customized to support your current goals and phase in life. This can be integrated seamlessly into all sessions, or feel free to choose this as the primary focus of your sessions.

  • My services and skills are most useful for people who are thinking about having kids, trying to conceive (with or without fertility concerns), expecting, or new parents. Additionally, my skills can serve seasoned parents feeling lost or unsatisfied or facing a family transition like divorce, move, or illness. Who wouldn't benefit from a coach for their most important team?

  • A good coach can help ask the right questions and listen reflectively to help you reach insights about your own life. My training as a clinical social worker and my background in teaching allows me to infuse therapeutic techniques as well as child development knowledge. My style is warm, humorous, and relatable while also holding you accountable and knowing when to push with hard questions.

  • That would be totally great! My goal is to empower you, helping you feel confident in your own unique parenting style so you can make choices with intention. With your permission, I can provide resources and information about child development in order to inform your choices and ensure you are fully bought into whatever you decide!
